The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast has a great fresh selection. The rooms are clean and have hot showers, with little bonuses like free water and chocolate.

Some minor issues with the facilities such as broken pool chairs were reported, but overall a great stay.

Convenient location in the Moema district of Sao Paulo. Area appeared to be reasonable safe. Nice Artist market at the church across the street on Fridays and Sunday, but not Saturday (go figure?).

Breakfast was not that good. Watery scrambled eggs. Tv is breakfast room was incredibily loud and venue was a Woody Woodpecker cartoons.

The hotel was ok, but reception staff was not very attentive. Two incidents should be mentioned: - when I arrived I had 3 suitcases, a shoulder bag, a suit and a coat to carry. I went to the reception to ask for help and they just told me to get the trolley myself. Not very nice. - I had to wait for almost 2 hours to have a room, from 1030 until almost 1230. While I understand that checking officially starts at 1400, I'm sure many people check out from 0800 on and staff can organize it better.

The romantic atmosphere was perfect, with dim lighting and cozy ambiance. The bed was comfy and beautifully decorated with rose petals. The restaurant had delicious food options and the waiters were friendly. The location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and a wide range of restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the view from our room, overlooking the city lights.

Our experience was not entirely positive. The room temperature was too low, as there was no central heating, and we had to resort to using a small AC unit, which was not working properly.

The breakfast was amazing with options to suit every taste bud. the staff was top-notch, always making sure we had everything we needed. the location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the nearby attractions.

The pillows in our room were not very comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the noise from the nearby street was quite loud, making it difficult to relax and unwind in the evenings.
